For all ages, levels, current students, and general public.
Entry Rules:
A five minute video of a solo in VHS or DVD format only. The video will be
scored on presentation, musicality, technique, and creativity.
A 250 to 500 word essay on "Why music education is important in our schools,
and one way you can help promote it in your area." The essay will be scored
on presentation, spelling, grammar, and completion of the subject.
Winners will perform at the "Concert for Steve" scholarship fundraiser
in the Fall 2008.
Entries MUST be submitted by March 31st, 2008.
Winners will be announced at the Academy's Student Showcase on May 13th, 2008
Entries not meeting all criteria will not be accepted.
One entry per person.
